"In fact, we did not stay there on the evening of 22 February 2023 since we were called home to a family emergency. We informed the front desk that we would not stay during our stay on the 20 February 2023 (booked directly with Arenal Observatory). We stayed several times at Arenal Observatory (20 February 2023, 4 Janaury 2023, 21 January 2023). I tried unsuccessfully to cancel our stay on 22 February 2023. Arenal Observatory is a great resort and we would love to reurn."

"The property is beautiful and true farm to table dining but therefore a limited menu. The private cassitas are lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and private patio. However the bed creaked getting in and out and whenever you moved and the mattress was so hard I barely slept. The hot tub was too scalding hot to actually enjoy but the setup was stunning. "
