"Overall, we felt that this house was a great choice for us. We really liked the property and its location. Easy access to the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Having use of the golf cart was key. There was plenty of room, a nice layout of the house, and lots of usable space. The kitchen was nice sized and overall it was very comfortable. "TL;DR: We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. In this age of digital retouching gone mad, I can assure you that the pictures are faithful and actually don’t do justice to the tastefully simple, elegant sophistication of the property. It’s a spacious upstairs floor of a villa. Parking and communal pool are right there, very easily accessible. Everything is professionally cleaned and ready for you when you get there. "The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove. The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty. Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really....

"Villa Fontana is the perfect vacation rental to enjoy in Dorado. The property was really well maintained, cleaned, and equipped with anything you would need. We will definitely stay at Villa Fontana again. The checking process is super simple and well documented… also, the staff is really friendly and will guide you throughout the process if you were to need any help. "

"It was Wonderful! Loved the clean smell once we walked in the door. Everything was nice and everything we hoped for. We needed a broom and mop and it was provided fairly quick. Neighbors were quiet. Nice when spoken to. Fairly near to everything. We would definitely rent again. Thank you so much "

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"We were very happy with our villa! It had lots of space for seven people, we were never tripping over each other. The grounds were beautiful and manicured. The villa was very clean, but if I had one small critique, it would be to add some fresh caulking to the kitchen and the master bath. it was clean, the caulking made it look like it was not clean. Fresh caulking would just give it that extra shine We had an awesome time there and would definitely stay again!"

"Spacious apartment, though with two sets of extremely steep stairs - a worry for me with two young children. Note there are two sets of bunk beds. Steps away from beach and pool; TVs feature all the usual steaming services. Has everything you need, no extras - though in this case not needed as we were staying in the area to visit family."

"We really enjoyed the house. The owner communicated well and responded quickly. The house has great AC in the bedrooms and common area, as well as fans both indoors and in the outdoor patio/kitchen bbq area. Lots of spaces to relax, the pool is sizeable and we got more use out of the slide than I thought we would. "We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "This property is wonderful!. Super clean, very comfortable beds, a/c, nice furnishings and kitchen. Incredible beach with swimming protected by rock jetties just steps away. Restaurants for a night out nearby. Supermarket and all necessities around corner. 35 minutes from San Juan. We had one issue with the gate not opening but the host solved it within 5 minutes. "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
