"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

The apartment is spacious and has lots of closet space, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a charming electric fireplace. It's a first-floor unit with a terrace that faces an interior courtyard area so there is not much natural light in this unit. The rental includes a dedicated parking space in a secured garage below the building. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, the South Lake Street shopping...
