The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. "Wonderful guesthouse, stepped out right into Kata night market where we had most of our food. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Lots of other food and shopping options. Didn't mind not having elevator, but the only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable with no option for a mattress pad. "
