"Everyone on staff were soooooooo nice! I loved this stay!!!! I will say, the crowd was older than I expected it to be, I felt like one of the youngest people on the property, and I’m in my mid-30s! Overall, would stay again. Shoutout to Celyn who helped me with check-in!"

"COMO Point Yamu Phuket is one of THE BEST hotels I have ever stayed at!! The hotel staff was AMAZING- from The hostess Keng who greeted us at breakfast and helped us arrange a stay at COMO Bangkok (due to our love of this hotel), to Jaeb in the Thai restaurant who taught us Thai and made us feel very welcome, to the front desk staff- Bonus and Oui who were always helpful, to Boss the towel guy at poolside and Boom who took us on a beach walk, I can not say enough about this hotel. My twin and I celebrated a milestone birthday here and we came back after a long day sightseeing to a cake, Thai friendship bracelets and a beautifully handwritten note from the staff! What a CLASSY HOTEL! I would definitely recommend staying here!!"

"This is one of my absolutely favorite hotels in the entire world! The staff at the hotel is like family away from home. They take great care of every single guest, and they make you feel like you’re a part of their family! Today we did a walking trail tour to freedom Beach hosted by the hotel with our tour guide Opp, who was fantastic!!! Oop was fun, friendly knowledgeable, and communicated so wonderfully with us! He was a lot of fun and I can see why the hotel puts the tours and activities in his hands for safekeeping. He really makes sure the guests have a great, fun, and adventurous experience. We have done so many other things here ant the hotel, including swimming, eating and drinking and just relaxing, and everyone has been fantastic. In fact, here are the names of the people that I want to acknowledge at the hotel, among many others, who have been like family to us making sure that our vacation was an unforgettable one: Nam, Vivy, Emmy, Brownie, Matt, Elia, Toey, Hanna and last but certainly not least, Philipp. A special word about Phillip - He has made this vacation and this entire trip the best vacation I’ve had in decades by being so concerned for my happiness and well-being and just ensuring that I celebrated my birthday in a spectacular way!!!! Everyone at the hotel has been extraordinary. I love how scenic the views are how serene and quiet and tranquil the location is; and I especially love how well taken care of the entire hotel property is."

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club. Virtual Reality/charity shop should be repurposed as Muay Thai boxing/gym extension. "
