"It started out fantastic! The young lady at the front desk was so gracious! She showed us a room so my wife could check out the bed. We asked about another pillow which she brought down later. This young lady is a credit to her job!"

"Staff was friendly but could not pull up my reservation from expedia when I arrived. The property is old and rundown. Has a night club associated with the property and the music was very load. "
