Perfect for those who want to stay at the house while others go exploring!!Whether you’re new to Branson vacays, or seasoned 20 years like us - this home will not disappoint! Well worth the money for a family- and mom gets to rest a little too!"

"The property is very nice and quiet. The pond is beautiful, especially at night. The cottage is just about perfect for a couple. The hot tub is great, private and quiet. The only thing that I can really critique about the cottage is the shower, specifically the shower head, it is small and barely spits out any water, takes forever to rinse. Maybe in the realm of future improvements consider adding a TV out with the spa, that would have been nice to have."

"Cottages are excellently equipped for two! Very comfortable and quiet. Furnishings and amenities very well-kept. Screened back-porch with hot tub and fire pit was icing on the cake! Amazingly nearby Branson attractions. Will certainly stay there again!"

"Two identical cottages connected by covered walkway keeps everyone close but allows privacy. Beautiful grounds with so much to do. Owners are next door should any problems arise, but they won't. They've thought of everything, including welcome gifts. Very clean and almost everything supplied. Absolutely loved it here. "

"The place was pretty nice and conveniently located to the lake with a nice view. The town is quaint and the surrounding area is beautiful. Wasn't really planning on going to Branson, but did go to Branson landing. Only took about 20 minutes to get there."

"The cottage is very comfortable and clean. Pretty much everything you need is there. Even though it is located at the end of the neighborhood near some businesses it is so quiet and private. We plan to return!"

"My husband and I wanted a quiet place to stay that was close to the landing for our anniversary. And this was perfect! Check in was easier than expected. The place was clean and had a great location to get to things fairly quickly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at Sadie’s cottage. The photos and description are accurate. The location was perfect. You feel far away from the busyness of Branson but in reality you are close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold temperature. We would love to return again. "
