"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. "The manager of property knew that I needed a handicap assessible unit for my husband's wheelchair. When I was looking at the options that fit all of my filters in the request, her property came up, but was not handicap assessible. Had multiple emails with manager stating that my husband was in a wheel chair, and never was told it wasn't.an accessible room. My husband's wheelchair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. The picnic and bbq area was so steep I almost fell just looking at the bbq pit....
