Check-in is a two step process —first you have to check in at front desk but you have to go to another line to get your keys and a sales pitch. They don’t guarantee a 4 pm checkin it is anytime after 4 pm when they call you. You don’t get room cleaned unless you pay a fee.

Pros Nice rustic suite with all the necessities. Had a problem with shower but that was taken care of quickly and front desk staff was very helpful. Cons Next time I will ask for suite without so many steps to get to (husband recovering from broken femur). Just a suggestion-When you schedule for 3 days, it might be helpful to already have coffee and towels for that amount of days.

What i didnt like was being unexpectedly pressured into A timeshare. Was told to go for breakfast and a complementary hundred dollar gift card and was pressured into trying to buy a timeshare. Other than that, I was pretty pleased with my stay
