"The place was dirty everywhere, from the reception to the rooms. We were assigned a room with blood stains everywhere, the beds looked already slept in. When I went down to the lobby, the receptionist was dealing with 2 other guess complaining about the same thing and wanting to cancel their reservation. The receptionist was rude and asked me to contact Expedia in order to cancel because he was too busy to deal with me. "

"The property manager and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. My room had an individual thermostat for the room temperature. I enjoyed the water pressure in the shower especially after a long day of work. I would highly recommend this establishment. "
