I'm unable to accurately rate the actual property because I had to cancel my trip. But since I had to make the reservation the day before I was set to be there, I was unable to cancel the reservation and was charged the full amount. I understand that's the policy, but I'm still out over $100 now because of it, hence the negative rating.

Our trip was cut short due to the winter weather, so we only stayed 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. When the cook didnt' arrive for breakfast, the manager made sure that everything was done. Nice cooked breakfast. Comfortable room. Good central location for traveling the city.

This property is located in lowerr midtown with some great views of the city's downtown skyline. Although this location does not have a swimming pool, it has a nice dog park area and a convenient pet policy. Rooms are clean, and breakfast bar was well-maintained although very limited in hot food options. This location fits its surroundings.

I parked in a well-lit area of the property with cameras and my moving truck and car were broken into. They clearly were in my moving truck for a long time considering the amount of boxes and suitcases were totally unpacked. No one from the property was checking the security cameras clearly.
