"Veronica was an amazing host, she sat me down and showed me on a map everything I needed to see in my 2.5 days in Porto. The apartment had great amenities including fridge, stove top, iron, and a great shower. There was complimentary wine and espresso which you don’t realize how great it is until you have it. "Is a great location to stay in central Porto. Central to everything. Very close to bar district. Right beside the tower in Porto making it easy to find. Place was clean and well stocked. One thing to be aware of is the elevator is small and hits only every second floor so some steps are required. It's not located directly on a street that has car access. Driving in Porto can be a challenge so plan your route accordingly. The parking they provide might be 400 m and 300 ft in elevation...

"The property and people were lovely, however we were unaware that there were 2 sets of stairs that we had to haul our luggage up. There was no elevator. The other complaint would be the street noise all night long coupled with garbage trucks every night. It was extremely loud. The property was clean and we really enjoyed the apartment. "

"Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....

"Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Quick replies on WhatsApp. Had some door code issues that were quickly resolved. Amazing location just down the street from the Sao Bento station and a wholesome breakfast each morning. Great space, clean and quiet. Note: there is no elevator if you need that. Luggage storage if you want to use after checking out has two lockers (1 euro per locker). Overall, a wonderful place to stay. What could be better? Minor things like coffee maker issue...
