"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

"The apartment was spacious and clean with a cute little balcony. It was in a good area with a 24 hour shop right next door. I did need to contact the staff who are not actually at the location as we had a little trouble getting in originally but they responded quickly and it seemed to be a user error. "Parking is very confusing- and it is extremely difficult to park in front of the property. Might be best to find a garage first and then take trips to unload. No issues if you take a taxi to the place. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay in Porto. "

"Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....
