"I would not recommend staying here! Too much money and not accommodating or service user centred. Worst interaction I've had in Vietnam. We didnt end up staying, waste of money here"

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. We then went for breakfast and enjoy the walk. By 2pm the staff was ready to check us in. The room was clean, tidy and all amenities were available for us."

"We had an excellent time with Lang and family- thank you for the warm hospitality. The lodging is situated on a hill and provides a vantage view of the valley. We have many things to be thankful for- going on a 6h trek, swimming at the infinity pool, having dinner with the host family, watching the sunset from our balcony, riding around the village and learning more about the Hmong community. It was an unforgettable visit. Transport to and fro the farmstay can be made upon request for a small fee. Be sure to check it out!"

"We stayed at Eco Palms House Retreat for 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed for more. This place is so peaceful, welcoming and homely and boasts some of the most stunning views we have ever seen - mountains with lush green rice paddies etched into the slopes. Photos can never do it justice, you simply have to see it with your own eyes to appreciate its magnificence. We spent hours in the pristine pool just looking out at the scenery and were mesmerised by its beauty. Not only does it have breathtaking views, but the staff are exceptional and do everything they can to make you feel welcome and looked after. Our host Nam is a wonderfully positive, happy person who always welcomed us each time he saw us and remembered our names, which we thought was a lovely touch. The service from all the staff was always of a high standard and the food here is delicious and reasonably priced. Location wise, it is around 10-15 minutes outside the busy Sapa town centre and this allowed us to fully relax in a quiet, tranquil space away from the noisy town. To top off our experience, the owners invited my wife and I to join them for a wonderful family dinner on our last night - they made us a traditional table-top hotpot and we enjoyed chatting to them about their past, present and future plans. They are such lovely people and we felt very privileged to be asked to join them for their meal. Everything about our stay was perfection and we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay."

"Smells really bad in the elevator, the bed is very uncomfortable, hard mattress, be careful there's stain on the blanket, service was great and super nice :)"

"We loved out stay at this hotel! Amazing view from the room on the rice fields terraces and the mountains. Very clean and beautiful facilities. We initially didn’t get the room we booked but after telling the staff they moved us the next day (we arrived in middle of the night) and offered a voucher for the restaurant. The delicious breakfast is offering a nice panel of vietnamese food, that’s what we wanted and loved it! It’s a 5 min drive to the city I highly suggest renting a motorbike as it will save you from expensive taxi rides :)"
