"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"I was reluctant to choose this stay first becuase the price was unbelievably cheap for me. But it was lucky to stay Thanh homestay, everything was satisfactory. A view of mountain, kindness of hostess(she is good at cooking and english both) and lovely two kids were especially strong point of this homestay. The facilities are not like those in top tier hotel, but remember it is best price for the value. I strongly recommend you to stay here. You can ask local tour guide for trecking and dinner...
