"Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."

"Had a great stay at the Tiny House! Surprisingly clean and well appointed with all the basics. Perfect for an escape to the woods while still being able to quickly return to the real world. Proximity to the Neversink trail head is a major plus!"

"This home was just what our group of 16 needed to find rest, reconvene from the day’s activities, and prepare for all the next day’s activities. The town of Monroe was a great place to stay as it was centrally located for all the places we visited. "

"Great place for family ski vacation. Apt was clean, with amenities for cooking. Great fireplace. The ski areas are very kid friendly. The bunny slope was carved up into different trails for learning different skills. Didn’t need to drive to get things. Everything for a great stay was right on site."

"The property is in a perfectly quiet area, all of the amenities were wonderful. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and the hot tub with zero issues. The property was clean in all areas. Instructions were easy to follow. We were able to communicate efficiently with the host. We felt totally comfortable in the space and enjoyed our time there. Would love to revisit! "

"This was a cute house in a beautiful spot of NY. It was cozy and well taken care off. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful also. We would come agian. "

"this house was AMAZING and met every one of our needs and exceeded our expectations. we had 3 children and 19 adults and every person was comfortable. the kids area was perfect and we barely saw them. we already started talking about what we can do next to to have an excuse to stay in the houee again. "Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"This property and listing was perfect for our men's retreat weekend getaway. We gathered together and enjoyed being able to spread out in the spacious home. It was very close to a local park with a pool, basketball court, and open field. We also enjoyed grilling on the patio and using the fire-pit to roast s'mores in the evening. The driveway had plenty of parking. The pool on the property was unusable but the backyard was perfect for us to play football and have outdoor activities. We...

When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle play some games read a book by the fire place. This is the place for you. Like to fish or hunt or hike this is the place for you.
