"This property and listing was perfect for our men's retreat weekend getaway. We gathered together and enjoyed being able to spread out in the spacious home. It was very close to a local park with a pool, basketball court, and open field. We also enjoyed grilling on the patio and using the fire-pit to roast s'mores in the evening. "Had a great stay at the Tiny House! Surprisingly clean and well appointed with all the basics. Perfect for an escape to the woods while still being able to quickly return to the real world. Proximity to the Neversink trail head is a major plus!"

"Property is great and the cabin feels truly lived in and comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were highlights. Bring your own charcoal for grill and firewood for various fireplaces"

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle play some games read a book by the fire place. This is the place for you. Like to fish or hunt or hike this is the place for you. "Our group enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was very responsive, and the house was a great set-up! The location was close enough to town but still serene. Would recommend this property for any group or family to stay. "

"Easy 30 minute drive to West Point. In the country, yet outlet mall, restaurants and things to do all within 30 minutes. Very responsive when I text as the keypad didn’t work. They let us in remotely. We had several in our family and we were all comfortable. Nice fire pit, swim spa, and clean. "

"The house was amazing, there was only the two of us, so far too big for our needs, which seemed such a shame as there is so much this place has to offer. It would be perfect for groups and families.
