"The place is not well maintained. the toilet paper holder fell off, no facial tissue in the box. one of our rooms did not have private washroom and tv. the toilet was not working well, the shower water was not strong enough. however, the staff were really nice and prompt with solving them when an issue was brought up. there were signs about extra charges when using the amenities (swimming pool, stove/barbecue area/refrigerator).
