"The place is not well maintained. the toilet paper holder fell off, no facial tissue in the box. one of our rooms did not have private washroom and tv. the toilet was not working well, the shower water was not strong enough. however, the staff were really nice and prompt with solving them when an issue was brought up. there were signs about extra charges when using the amenities (swimming pool, stove/barbecue area/refrigerator). However, they did not charge us anymore. I dont know if it is...

"Staff were unattentive ,need training for service protocol, had to literally get up for everything, never asked us if we needed anything,i.e food drinks,tried to book a ferry to bohol and they waited to long for response,,ended up not getting on ,i had to pay more to go to next port,,they in turn said it was the ports fault!!! If you are a lite sleeper bring ear plugs,lots and lots of dogs barking all nite,still enjoyed our stay,nice room ,nice ocean side hotel"
