"I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. "Very nice and friendly staff. Everyone greets you as you walk by. The negative is that neither of the non-reserved outdoor baths have a locker to put our valuables. Some of the wood in the baths are a little slippery as well. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and I’ll come again."

"I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!"
