The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. "Very nice and friendly staff. Everyone greets you as you walk by. The negative is that neither of the non-reserved outdoor baths have a locker to put our valuables. Some of the wood in the baths are a little slippery as well. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and I’ll come again."

"I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!"
