"We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room...

"This property was a good fit for our family as we had six people staying in the apartment. It was close to transit station, and it was convenient to food options. However, we had issues with storage as there were no place to store clothing and we had to live out of our luggage which was somewhat inconvenient. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed, and we were ok sleeping on the tatami bed. "

"The hotel is very close to the metro station. Room is clean and big enough to open 2 big luggage. Love that we can cook and do the laundry. Just that i only receive check in details at 2pm that day. It will be better if i know the check in procedures beforehand. "

"The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. Walls are thin at the hotel, could heard the other room partying with their loud music and upstairs they were running a marathon so can hear all the stomping sound, 3. Only wished the tv was in front of the bed so family can enjoy some movie time in bed. Other...

The hotel staff, from the front desk crew to the room attendants, all had put their outstanding customer service, making our stay so pleasant that it feels like being home away from home.
