"Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in wrt value for money but more so the extraordinary level of friendliness of the staff. They quickly remember your name, always a smile and hello, very helpful with requests. I have been on the road for 2 months of the time, been doing APAC business development for 30+ years and the staff here were outstanding. Sorry I cant list everyone but from my memeory major shout out to Maria and Jerwin ( front desk, David at the roof top restaurant ( thanks for making my bitter melon special drinks ), Bennie pool attendant ( always a greeting followed by witty convos ), Queeny/Phoebe/CJ….thank you all for making my stay uber pleasant. Will definitely be back next time!"

"Upon arrival, receptionist greeted us warmly with excellent accommodations. He offered room upgrade and the facility was very modern in design. Location of hotel is adjacent to mall and across the street lays the bayside cafes. "
