"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. ...

" fantastic, friendly staff. Food was amazing excellent choice to choose from. Breakfast was buffet plenty of selection. Clean room every day 5 stars all round, stayed one week 24th march to 31st march 2025 weather could have been better 😀 "

"Unfortunately it rained in the morning, so the open air breakfast area couldn't be used. We were crammed under a canopy with the other guests. Breakfast was our only complaint."
