"Everything at the hotelwas perfect. The attention from all staff but especially Kaya was exceptional. Rooms and communal areas all spotlessly clean. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols. Easy ten minute walk into the bustling centre."

"Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there! A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. The Apartment block is very new,clean and all modern. Facilities were all top rated, cooker big fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The cutlery all clean and sparkling( excellent housekeeping!) Air con in both rooms( we had a one bedroom apartment) along with a king size bed. The balcony overlooked the pool and a little sun trap first thing in the morning. A TV in the lounge area that Mehmet set up for us in English! We hired a Scooter for the duration and could park at the side of the property where the family lived and every morning the Mother would come out to greet us. The cleaning lady ( forgot her name) was also lovely, polite and very helpful in every way possible. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and also a small bar area with cold drinks available to purchase. Being only 8 rooms this place is a home from home and can’t praise the place enough. I holiday in Turkey 4-5 times a year and have truly found the place I can call my second home. Thank you Bright House Apart for a wonderful time ! "

"lovely spacious villa. However. the description needs updating. there was no DVD player, satellite box, or surround speakers in the lounge. no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The promised walk in wardrobe, was locked and unavailable for guest use. we didnt feel the villa was very clean, and no mid fortnight clean was provided. bedding was very sparce with only a small thin blanket on each bed. my grandson was sick on the first night and we had no spare bedding to use. On the plus side, the pool and pool area was lovely and villa location perfect for us."
