"A wonderfully cozy little place, very clean and sufficiently furnished, and definitely cheap. The flat had a small sort of a porch in front of it, with a table and chairs where you could sit and relax. There’s small pool that was open even at night. The staff were polite and helpful. We thank you for a calm and relaxing night, "

"Wi-fi is not capable of supporting all the rooms. It is not usable at all. Air conditioner is tampered with and provides only slightly cool air at its lowest setting, that's not enough to cool down 33degC room. There is a mosque right across. Get ready to be woken up at 4.30am every day."

"I really wanted to give this place 5 stars (but, see below) because the host is the SWEETEST and so so good at communicating/helping with all your needs. The apartment is absolutely STUNNING, spotless clean and in the perfect location to shops/restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the water in the shower is hot. Issues: because of the large size of the apartment, and there only being 1 AC unit available in the kitchen, the AC does not reach the bedroom like at all. We used 2...

"We arrived to be told that we didnt have a room there and were moved to another hotel. The room moved to was awful. So disappointed we never got to stay at mese which is what we had booked "

"Alles ist neu, das Appartment wurde vor ca. 2 Monaten neueröffnet. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind gut. Das Badezimmer und die Bettwäsche waren sauber, jedoch war der Küchenbereich (Spüle, Arbeitsplatte, Spülmaschine, Teekocher) nicht ganz so sauber. Die Lage ist zentral. Mit dem Auto fährt man nach Erasta ca. 5-10 Min. , zur Strandpromenade ca. 10 Min. und nach Ölüdeniz ca. 25 Min. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. "Very clean and well decorated. No elevator, we had to carry our luggages to 4th floor. The GPS location shared on Expedia is wrong, so it took us a quite some trouble to find it. Use their address is more accurate on the map. Parking is hard in the area."

"The photos on the advert are of the SUITE & NOT the LOFT. The Loft is a bedsit apartment up 2 flights of a spiral staircase, with a small kitchenette, bathroom & large balcony. You have access to a washing machine just outside the door & you DO have aircon and WiFi. The kitchenette has a sink, kettle, single old, knackered hotplate, panini grill machine, a fridge, enough glasses to start your own bar, & very basic cooking utensils, cutlery / crockery. "The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was always smiling, polite and kind. When asked where to go, they told us where to go, what to see. The room had a large terrace, where it was very nice to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful, a large selection of food."

"The staff were outstanding and helpful and welcoming they always greeted with a smile and were happy to answer any questions..i don't know where the bad reviews came from but I loved staying here the rooms were so modern and clean..i fully recommend this hotel thanks you so much "

"Stayed one night at the hotel. The first room (203) we were given had a consistently electronic sound. The front desk found us another room on the 4th floor, which was quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking is easy. A lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. "

"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "
