"For an adult only hotel we arrived to children in the pool… Ordered food which was brought from outside in takeaway packaging, not even transferred onto plates! Clean but very basic place in need of a serious refurbishment."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property, but service was really lacking. We couldn’t get the jet tub to work, the water came out cold and brown. Restaurant staff didn’t want to assist, welcome or serve. They didn’t want to fetch a coffee from the bar for you, there was no willingness to look after guests. The old guy in the restaurant did nothing except smoke and sit at the bar each service. "Hi We had a lovely time at the Gurkan apart hotel , it is close to town , the apartment was lovely and bright with everything you needed the washing machine very handy, the family were lovely and papa can pick you up from the airport for a very good price, would definitely stay again we enjoyed our stay very much "

"Had a wonderful stay at the Dalaman Airport Guesthouse! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers needing to be close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight, though, was the owner—such a kind and welcoming host who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone passing through Dalaman!"

"Family room and 2 very large bedrooms and a good bathroom. It was winter so the owner provided 3 brand news duvets. Very comfortable beds. Good value for money. Central location with lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant was closed for renovation but this did not impact our stay. "

"Wi-fi is not capable of supporting all the rooms. It is not usable at all. Air conditioner is tampered with and provides only slightly cool air at its lowest setting, that's not enough to cool down 33degC room. There is a mosque right across. Get ready to be woken up at 4.30am every day."

"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. ...

Villa D'Louca Fabulous Beautiful Rural Location 50M Private Pool Mountain Views.

Beautiful villa in peaceful location

"We stayed at Villa D'Louca for two weeks in September and had a wonderful stay. The communication with Nick prior to arrival was excellent with transfers organised efficiently and even a small food shop done for our arrival. The villa is just as shown in the photos, homely and very traditional. The kitchen is excellently equipped should you want to self cater and we enjoyed a barbeque one evening. The real selling point though is the outside space with a huge pool, lovely shaded dining area and chill out area and outside bar and fridge. There is now a new building to the left of the property at the end of the drive and looks to be a partially built property next door. Neither of which impact on the privacy or tranquility of the villa. We walked into Dalyan each evening, busy road for a few minutes and then left onto a nice quiet road through the fruit trees. Taxis back were cheap (150-160TL). There is an excellent selection of restaurants close by along the Riverside. We did suffer a few power cuts during our stay, more frequent in the second week with one lasting 12 hours. This is an issue with the area and not the villa and all issues were dealt with promptly. There is a gas ring so we were still able to cook and boil water. We loved our stay in Villa D'Louca and would definitely love to return."

Pomegranate Garden Villas. Three villas, 12 - 21 people. Two swimming pools.

Superb

"The villas were perfect. We were an extended family group of 19 adults spread across the three villas. Space for everyone to mingle or have some quiet time. We also nominated one pool as the quiet pool, a bonus of having the two. Bathrooms galore, so no having to wait around. The chilled water fountains were a real bonus, no carting bottles back from the supermarket every day. There were also lots of small extras that are not usually supplied in such high numbers. There was an abundance of outdoor space, with plenty in the shade if needed, and it was certainly needed during our July stay. Helena was a great host, making all aspects of the trip easy going, from arranging airport transfers, checking in and villa information, to responding rapidly to any problems you might have. I must also highly recommend the boat trip we had arranged through her, a fantastic day with a fantastic captain and crew, on a fantastic boat. All in all a 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 property that I cannot recommend enough. Thanks for everything Helena, we’ll be seeing you again without a doubt."

Villa Wonder - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 9

You can’t deny this villa is beautiful

"Me and my partner stayed here the end of May first week of June, we did have a really nice time and enjoyed the luxuries inside, the comfy sofas, the marble floors, the air con and the wonderful showers. We got a bargain for the time of year but if I’d have stayed July/August it’s triple what we paid and I may have been slightly more disappointed, not one piece of toilet roll in sight in the FIVE luxury bathrooms, (luckily we have been to Dalyan before and knew our way around) after a long day of travelling we had to venture out for some, I know Turkish citizens don’t like toilet roll but us British do. We found many spiders around the villa and if like me your absolutely terrified then this was a nightmare for me. Again that’s only an issue for myself not anyone else, we also couldn’t have the WiFi and the TV on together and had to buy a 4 plug adapter which we kindly left at the villa for the next guest. The pools filter also wasn’t on for the whole of our stay to the pool felt a little dirty to me and again lots of bugs floating around. The villa is in a big open space and it can get very windy in Dalyan one evening we returned to find the umbrellas chairs pretty much anything not screwed down had blown all over the place. Very minor issues for what we paid and we really did have a fabulous time relaxing and lounging around the pool."
