"Location was nice right off of hwy 70. The hotel is under remodel construction and considering this was really overall clean & contained. Our room was remodeled. No carpet, waterproof wood flooring which is really nice. The beds, oh boy, the beds I'm pretty sure are new BUT they are low quality hard and springs were noisy bc of our weight, I think. It was supposed to be 2 queens but they were more like 2 doubles, which didn't really work well for us. My son & husband are 6'9 & 6'7 and my dtr...

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). "Cheryl and Rodney were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Their home was well stocked for our large family and we had plenty of space to run around. The large family room was perfect for our Friday movie night and the sun room was a hit for those early sunrises with fresh coffee.
