"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. "This was a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable but was not the worst. The restaurant next door served delicious, creative dishes. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us check in, around 6pm. "The place was in the middle of Nowhere.Had to share a old double wide mobile with other people and Dogs .Owner was pleasant but pretty transparent about the conditions .Both of us were very uncomfortable staying there so we just left .It also was in a run down area in the middle of nowhere.
