"Perfect location near San Marco square. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The room was clean and wifi and TV worked well. There is a lift available. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"I had a very good experience in this Hotel. Very friendly service, good breakfast with an excellent organization on shifts to avoid over crowding. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Only issue was the bar nearby in the area were young people get drunk very late at night and get noisy on the streets. First night I forgot to close the window external covers and it was very noisy. Nothing that the hotel can do but for others visitors to be aware and bring some noise reducers to enjoy a deseable sleep. I recommend this hotel."

"One feels like a movie star arriving in a taxi boat that docks next to the hotel entrance. Hotel has great old world style and charm. 1 minute walk to St Marks Square. Breakfast staff were helpful. Nice buffet with bubbly prosecco available as a nice start to the day. Staff were pleasent and a good concierge service. Only thing that lets it down was no view whatsoever from our room. "

"I get why its a 5 star hotel. The staff are amazing except for 1 front desk person that wasn’t so helpful and wanted to dismiss us right away. Other than that everything was amazing."
