We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). "The condo was very comfortable and exactly as listed. Location is great- walking distance to restaurants and bars. Overall a good stay, however, there were some discrepancies with check-in/checkout times on the Trip itinerary versus the email from the rental company. They also expect a lot of extra cleaning from the guest even though they charge a cleaning fee."

"I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. "

"We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. "Our stay at this property was absolutely phenomenal. The host was very responsive and the property was immaculate. The wood burning stove, outdoor fire pit on the deck,and the hot tub made this property special. We can't wait to come back and stay again!! I highly recommend staying at this property 5/5!! "This house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. We also enjoyed having woods behind the house and watching the deer come down every day. This is an ideal house for anyone looking to stay near Rochester and the surrounding area. "
