"The hotel rooms are spacious,quiet, with very comfortable beds. The service is outstanding as well. The only draw back is there are limited restaurants on Port Island, but they run a shuttle every 20mins for free to Sannomiya station - so really not an isssue. There is a nice convience store at the hotel for drinks, snacks, prepackaged meals, and toiletries. The shuttle also takes you to Shin-Kobe, which is a huge help. They also have a designated bus stop in front of Shin-Kobe, so take advantage of that for the ride to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future."
