"For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality"

"We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!"

The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with.
