"The property was great ,my only issue was that they did not have my reservation logged from Expedia . That took a solid 30 minutes to resolve after I had driven 8 hours so it was less than optimal . It snowed so I called the desk and asked for an extra day …this involved another 60 minutes of online and verbal communication as well as another headache trying to postpone my next destination in Wytheville for a day now that I was stuck in a snowstorm. To close ,the hotel and amenities were fine but Expedia interactions were difficult and tedious . "

"Very welcoming, clean hotel. I only stayed one night while passing through on a roadtrip but I would honestly give it a 10 and will definitely be back next time I’m passing through. I did not try the complimentary breakfast but it smelled awesome and a lot of people seemed to be enjoying it when I walked past to check out. "

"It's not convenient if your upstairs due to the lack of stairways to get up stairs. Also the door didn't have a lock on the inside to prevent someone from being able to pop the lock and open the door so didn't feel that safe "
