"Front desk staff was especially helpful but the entire staff , from the restaurant to housekeeping was polite and professional. I had a problem with my faith and the manager came up and took care of it right away. I arrived early in the morning and the front desk help me to get an earlier check in. The bellman was helpful providing knowledge and very friendly greeting me every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good , the gym and the pool was nice and my room was beautiful . I had a great stay , it's a great location too , I definitely will come back. "

"Had a great stay, room and bathroom were very comfortable and spacious. Staff all great and we really appreciated being able to use the showers in the gym before our late flight. Only thing would be that the continental selection at breakfast was a bit lacking for the price of the hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay. With two pools to choose from or massage and lots of shopping during the day this was excellent. Some parts of the building might show the age of hotel but it’s well maintained. The food options around the hotel are limited in the evening. Though the pool side bar has some pretty good dishes though the bar prices are more expensive then what we where expecting. "

"Within 15 min walking distance to terminal 21 and transit system. Less than 10 min to nearby grocery store. The tuk tuk provided by the hotel takes you to the main road which is very nice after a whole day of walking. Saves about 5-8 mins. Breakfast buffet is excellent with different choices on daily basis. Service is very friendly and fast. Definitely recommend. "
