"The hotel was in a great location, close to transit, shopping, and the river for ferry or tour boats. Pool was beautiful and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of options. The fitness centre was very good with a wide variety of equipment. We stayed in a “family room” which was a 1 bedroom apartment with in suite laundry, great for travelling with kids. The staff were wonderful. So glad we stayed here. "

"This hotel is co-located with the Terminal 21 shopping mall and with the Asoke BTS (sky train) and the Sukhumvit MRT (subway) stations, making this 5-star hotel supremely convenient. The staff are extraordinary, fluently speaking English, and anxious to help their guests. We stayed on the 32nd floor in a double deluxe room, which had an in-room laundry. We will stay here the next time we visit Bangkok"
