"The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old...

"It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed."

"The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a great fit for us and our two adult kids. Location was nice. We were disappointed that the main bedroom distinctly smelled of urine when we arrived. The property manager sent over cleaners who changed all the bedding, mopped the floors and removed the rug. "

"Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!"
