"Great hotel! We stayed there twice in the same room. It’s located in the city center next to a large plaza, within minutes to a metro station. The famous E28 tram line starting station is in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants are near by. "One of, if not the, coolest hotel I have ever seen. The hotel is in a great part of the city near the main sites and good restaurants. The decoration inside the hotel is done very well. Not sure how anyone can even design something like that. The best part has to be the communal spaces. There are several rooms / lounges / balconies just open to lounge in. The breakfast is amazing and they have a barrel of wine for a welcome drink. Can't imagine you'll find a better hotel in Lisbon."

"Stayed here for 5 nights recently during our trip to Lisbon. This hotel is an excellent location which is very convenient to walk around or to find a taxi. There are lot of nice restaurants within walkable distance to this place. This looks like an older building which was refurbished and modernized. "Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"Our room was large enough to fit our bags and storage space for our clothes. Air conditioning in the room was well received. "Really liked the room in this property. Was exceeded clean. Great location. My only issue would be that there are loads of stairs (not mentioned before booking) with one small lift that could only take one person at a time and also took an absolute age to go up and down."

"I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare."

"This is the most adorable place you can imagine, right in the heart of Chiado. The rooms are compact (European style) but the view of the river and city street is marvelous. The front staff was incredibly friendly. Note that there's no lift so you may have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs."

"Check in was easy considering there was no front desk. Place was cozy and clean. Only issue was there was no reply when I had questions during our stay. "

"The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. This location is not in town and not walkable but Uber helps. There are only stairs to the lift so if you have large suitcases like I did it takes some effort. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed during my stay. "

"I travelled with my husband and 3 grown sons. The hotel has a very unique "industrial/ bohemian" style that was very eco-friendly, and really interesting and quite refreshing -- the furniture and overall design was very different from typical hotels. The terrace had a bar, outdoor pool, seating areas and a ping pong table that the entire family enjoyed. The hotel was reasonably quiet, so we had free access to this space. The food and service at the Mojjo restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very good. Prices were reasonable. Dinner was very good, but breakfast was ok as the hot foods served at the buffet did not stay hot. It was nice to have free coffee and tea available on our floor. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was quick! We were also able to have access to our room early, and had a late check out for an added 25€. Pamela was very helpful - thank you for being so responsive and providing good suggestions for sightseeing in and around the area!! You were incredibly responsive during our entire stay! When we're next in Lisbon, we will definitely return to this hotel! "
