"Great stay for one night before our flight out of Lisbon. Perfect when coming or going from airport just 15 min away. Clean, modern, well appointed. Very clear check in instructions. Never met/saw staff but we didn’t need to. It is in flight path which is quite loud outside but at night sleeping room was quiet just a low background noise of a plane passed. "

"Property is perfectly located to visit all the sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. The weather was such that we had the window open for fresh air and it does get noisy, but that is the be expected on a busy tourist street. Once the window was closed, it was very quiet. The bathroom area is small, but worked fine for 2 people. The key code for the doors is nice so you don't have to keep up with a key."

"I just want to make it clear that this place is a hostel/hotel although we did have a private bathroom the rooms were very small but good since we only stayed a night, the staff were very kind. When you enter you must take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and that is where you'll find the hotel/hostel, it's confusing at first. Overall good stay if ur on a budget, the door knob had problems closing but we ended up figuring it out. "

"The staff were accommodating, storing my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really helpful. The room was perfectly fine for my short trip as I was out most of the day and evening exploring Lisbon. Just would have liked a kettle/mini-fridge but perhaps that’s for bigger hotels. I felt safe in both the area and the building. The location was excellent, with lots to do nearby and easy access to other parts of the city. I didn’t need to use the metro, just the local buses....
