If you are like us and pack heavy just be aware Uber and taxi cannot drive in the street so you will need to carry your luggage up the cobblestone street and then up to your apartment if you don’t book the elevator apartments, no issue for us because the price is amazing for what you get. "Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you."

"The hotel could use a renovation, but not in the sense that it is falling apart, only that it is a little dated. Other than that, it was a really pleasant stay. It had big rooms, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a pretty good restaurant."
