"Overall, property is great. But we rented a car and it was impossible for us to go through the narrow road at Sharp 90° turn to get to the hotel to unload our luggage. So we had to find a public parking lot where we could park the car overnight, which was another fiasco was more parking lots catered to the residence around them and had very limited overnight parking. We had to do many loops around the inner cities going from parking lot to parking lot until we found one took us over an hour just to find parking. Since we had luggage and it was too far for us to drag the luggage on the cobblestone roads, we had to take an Uber that could get us close to the hotel.. the Uber had the same issue as it could not drop us to front of the hotel because of the narrow 90° sharp turn. There is parking on the main street close to the hotel however it just depends on your luck if you find anything there because that’s what the patron of the local shops along that street use."

"My favorite hotel in our two week stay in Portugal. Accommodating friendly staff, comfortable hotel and rooms, and fantastic restaurant suggestions. Great breakfast buffet, as well as cook to order options, all within a walled historic walkable city. Best dinners we had in Portugal by far, because of recommendations (and reservations,) we received from their wonderful staff. Loved Evora, loved the hotel, hope to come again... Obrigada!"

"Staff receptionist, Adriana, gave us a warm big welcome and she even informed us about the hotel rewards program, which we were not aware of at first. Ana, housekeeping, always has a huge smile. No matter how busy, she took a minute to greet us. Roberto from dining was very attentive and he made sure the plates and tables were cleared and clean. Genuine employees and everyone seems to really like their job. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Kind regards."
