The hotel front desk staff were super friendly, and went above and beyond with a warm welcome when we arrived late on the first night. The nightly events were fun, and the free buffet breakfast was great. The design and furniture was lovely, and our room was spacious and clean!"

"Well located, within 5-10 minutes walk from beach and good restaurants. It was I portant for us to have a living area sépara from the bedroom and this fit the bill perfectly. We thought it was reasonably priced "

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "
