"The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Bergamo and has a lot of cafes.and bars near by. But the fsct that you have no receptionist, except on the phone, means if you have any problems or issues you can't get them sorted. Check in is do e through an email link and yiu then get codes.to access both the main entrance and your room, I personally wiuld classmit more.as an Air B&B than a hotel. But the room was spotlessly clean, as.werw the stairways.and hall areas, and very comfortable."

"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels!
