It’s within a very short walking distance to everything you could want for a beach getaway—a restaurant literally outside the front door, a nearby beach entrance, a park for the kids, and a grocery mart just five minutes away. "Grace's ADU was a good choice for our recent two-week stay in Mill Valley. We don't mind stairs, so we walked down to town almost every day. The only negative that we experienced was it was difficult to keep the unit cool on some of the hotter days. AC would have been nice."

"Woodacre is a great location and this property is in a perfect spot ... high on a hill overlooking the valley. Fully equipped. Great shower. Super back deck. Very comfy bed and pillows (nice surprise). I was visiting friends in Fairfax so this was minutes away. Hiking nearby is very nice, the local deli has sandwiches and breakfast menus that were a surprise and it was quiet. Sunny the dog visited a few days and got treats I always carry on the road. "The host, Eda, was an absolute delight. At the beginning of our stay, my wife had a fall at the place we were staying the night before we arrived at Eda's, and was unable to get around easily. She was most kind and caring about our situation and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very relaxing with lots of plants, outdoor furniture, a hot tub and lots of visiting birds to watch (particularly the hummingbirds)! We would definitely stay again....
