"We recently stayed in the space above the tavern, which is part of Olema House, and overall, we had a nice experience. Check-in was smooth and seamless, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room met—and honestly exceeded—our expectations in terms of comfort and design. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Leading up to our stay, I tried to contact the hotel multiple times over the span of a couple weeks with no luck. It wasn’t until one or two days before our check-in that I was finally able to get someone on the phone. That delay was frustrating and made it hard to plan ahead. We had dinner at Due West, and the food was good. However, the service was inconsistent—we had to repeatedly ask for simple things like utensils, water, and sauces. The staff was kind, just a bit forgetful. The biggest drawback was the noise on the night of our stay. When we returned to our room around 9:00–9:15 PM, there was a party on the property that was extremely loud and definitely affected the peaceful experience we were hoping for. As for the property itself—it’s charming, but parts of it feel a bit worn. The outdoor fire pit area, for example, had mismatched and weathered furniture that didn’t quite align with the price point or the “luxury” label. All that being said, I did enjoy our visit and would stay here again. The property is beautiful and has a lot of potential,it just needs a bit more consistency and polish to fully ask high rat"

"The courtyard grounds are well manicured, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast was convenient to catch something quick before heading out for our adventure. The only surprise we had, was how close this location was to the freeway. Our room was closest to freeway noise which wasn’t our favorite, but we did end up having a great sleep. "

"A couple of miles from downtown but really the best hotel option if you want a luxury setting. A nice boutique shop and restaurant bar on premises. Very high standard Gym could use another elliptical in the gym. Not sure why they only have one considering the other high class aspects of the property which includes a spa"
