"You can't get a better location for spring training, because it's an easy walk to the stadium and also steps from Old Town. The pool and hot tub areas were nice, though the chaise lounges were extremely uncomfortable unless you padded the bar going across with a towel. There was a nice cafe. Apparently it is being torn down or renovated according to a permit application sign in front.
