"Typical Motel 6 but with a very clean and large room that didn’t show a lot of age or wear/tear (maybe newer or recently remodeled?). The mattress was too firm for my preference but that seems to be typical of most Motel 6’s I’ve stayed at. Quiet area even though it’s off the highway amid other budget hotels and food stops. For the price it’s a very good option when you just need a clean but basic room in a safe, convenient, quiet area to stop for the night."

"The staff at our checkin was very helpful and actually taught us about albino redwoods and how to find one, which we followed his instructions and got to see it in person!
