"I travel to the area at least quarterly, and have stayed at many properties. This has been the best by far - Super clean, well appointed, nice neighborhood, conveniently located to freeway and shopping. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything I would want, everything seemed new, the shower was terrific! The walls are quite thin, and I heard some really interesting conversations from the neighbors, but since I was only there long enough to sleep, it was not really an issue....

"Property manager was very accommodating & left some special touches that made out trip. We didn't pay attention to no kitchenette, however the microwave & mini fridge was perfect for quick breakfast & housing our sack lunches. The private beach & peaceful seclusion from town...2nd to none! Was in a centralized location to all the Redwood ventures on our list & grabbing dinner in Trinidad (the cutest, quite little town) was pleasant as well.
