"Terrible Experience,, Came to our room with no bedsheets and towels.. These were given till the next day at 4:45.Message and Mail was send to them, There was no feedback and no communication what so ever. They did not make anything of the situation. Even at check out no one approached us. "

"It is a beautiful and clean facility in a very nice area during the day. Close to restaurants and beaches. Pool gorgeous. We had a beachfront suite with view of the water, which we paid plenty for. The main problem was the extremely loud music on the beaches until midnight. The hotel can’t help that, but it would have been good to understand this before choosing the room. The staff was excellent and good taxi service available. "

"The hotel was great except for two things. The main restaurant Hemingways is not very good. We ate at the the other restaurants nearby that were much better. Second issue the noise. They played very loud music until around 11:00 each night that made it difficult to watch TV or go to sleep. "

"Beautiful property, we had a complimentary upgrade and the room was amazing. We felt right at home, had all the amenities you need. The property itself felt quiet and relaxing yet had everything you need close by(5-10 minute walk). Staff was excellent and helped with all our check in/check out needs. "The location was perfect by the bridge. So spacious I wish my friends and family were with us. Every amenity was there. Huge bath tub but dont think the jets worked. The top burner was very hard to see to turn on and had to get the staff to come and show us how. Even a small roof top patio above the monk stairs to share with the other two floors. One of the best places i have stayed. Highly recommend it. Great value."

"I would love to return to this hotel. I feel that the owners maybe see it as a work in progress, even though it was wonderful, quiet, tasteful. Loved the little pool. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast staff were so kind. They all were really. Not impersonal like a huge resort. Will return as soon as I can!"

"The room was comfortable and the pool area is lovely and quiet. The larger Kura Hulanda area has nice shops and restaurants and the excellent slave trade museum. The larger Otrabanda neighborhood is full of colourful art and murals. Great base to explore the city. "

Beautiful property on the sea

"Very nice, clean property—fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, plates, glasses, and cookware. It had everything we needed. The property had round-the-clock security with a gated entrance, and the gates were locked at night for beach access. We felt safe the entire time, and it was very quiet.The location was great—Tugboat Beach, excellent restaurants, and various activities were just minutes away. The Jan Thiel area, with its beach and restaurants, was only a five-minute drive.The leasing agent Kiarah was very responsive, super nice and gave great recommendations.We had questions about car rental, restuarants,diving. "

Luxury 12 person Villa with great views of Spanish Water and Caracas Bay.

"This property was everything and more. The house is amazing with unbelievable views of the bay. Each room with its own bathroom. Modern with all the amenities. The highlight was the backyard with its 2 pools. The host and hostess were kind, professional and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! Can't wait to come back next year!!"

Little slice of paradise

"We had a wonderful stay in Curacao. Heather, the host, was extremely accommodating and fantastic with communication. She looked into things were we interested in before we even arrived! The house was perfect with a beautiful breeze which was very helpful as it gets hot and is pretty humid. The location was perfect! We enjoyed watching boats go in and out each day. It was a perfect stay for us!"

Gorgeous!

"The villa was impeccable, with a beautifully outfitted kitchen and nice touches like bug spray and a T-shirt gift. The A/C is free from 7 PM to 10 AM, which was sufficient for us to keep the house cooled, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is helpful given the spotty cell service in the area. The taxi and rental car associated with the villa were very convenient and reasonably priced as well, and it was an easy walk down the hill to the beach and snorkeling."

2-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views from all windows and balcony.

Caribbean Paradise

"The location couldn’t be better - directly on the beach! The ocean waves are just a few meters from the balcony. The beach is perfect and usually completely vacant. Snorkeling is amazing right off the shore in shallow water. We saw a whole variety of fish, sea urchins, coral, eels, crabs, etc. There are three restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the gouda cheese balls from Brisa do Mar and the tuna from Villa Vis! You will definitely want to rent a car to explore the island. This apartment is near Jan Thiel with lots of shopping and amenities. The apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. There are three mini-split air conditioners that work well. Like most places, you have an energy allotment and will have to pay extra if you go over. We ran the master bedroom AC unit at 22 degrees for approximately 10 hours a day and were under the usage limit. Running both bedrooms all night would put you over the limit, but we didn’t use the bedroom with the twin beds (we were on our honeymoon!). This is a great value and much better than a large resort with rooms far from the beach. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending this VRBO to my friends and colleagues. "

Fantastic luxurious villa with the most amazing panoramic view!

Fabulous Stay!

"This was our first time to Curacao so we weren't sure what to expect. We loved the house and its elevation. It had beautiful views, and the main floor where we spent all of our time had a wonderful cross breeze which kept us cool as well as keeping the mosquitoes at bay. The 5 bedrooms were nice but we were worried about using too much electricity so we kept the air off in the rooms during the daytime and spent all of our time on the top floor where the kitchen, outdoor dining area and pool were. The patio furniture was plentiful and comfortable. The location was great, close to Jan Thiel beach and the marina. We would recommend a car because there are so many beautiful beaches to visit that are 45 mins - 1 hour away. Also there are many yummy restaurants in Willemstad which is around 15-25 mins away. And we didn't see a lot of taxis. If we come back to Curacao we would def stay here again."
