"Staff was friendly, drinks were good, resort is right on the beach. We had to wait almost every time we went to the buffet or one of the restaurants. Went to the Spa, had a massage and facial, both were wonderful. Resort is in desperate need of renovations though, I don’t think the Hyatt has put any money into it since it was built in the 60’s, the staff do what they can with what they have. "

"We only stayed here one night due to a booking mixup in our other location. We were extremely amazed at what a lovely host Loeki was and beautiful the setting is. If you are looking for a quiet retreat for your vacation, this is the place. Loeki did everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. "It is a beautiful and clean facility in a very nice area during the day. Close to restaurants and beaches. Pool gorgeous. We had a beachfront suite with view of the water, which we paid plenty for. The main problem was the extremely loud music on the beaches until midnight. The hotel can’t help that, but it would have been good to understand this before choosing the room. The staff was excellent and good taxi service available. "

"Terrible Experience,, Came to our room with no bedsheets and towels.. These were given till the next day at 4:45.Message and Mail was send to them, There was no feedback and no communication what so ever. They did not make anything of the situation. Even at check out no one approached us. "

"We first had an amazing impression even before booking. We had questions as we are a family with 3 little kids and the staff responded right away! Ellis even spoke to me on the phone and helped me with everything in regards to grocery orders and selecting the right apartment. Sarah was there to greet us upon arrival. They had snorkels, beach toys ready for us and we were in the beautiful pool steps away from the ocean within minutes. The beach was perfect for our family. No snorkelling trip was needed as we had plenty of fish to see in the calm beautiful lagoon. We would walk to the mambo area every night (3 minute walk) for either dinner, snacks or ice cream. Watching the sunset every night was excellent end to the day. For our family this was perfect and a great alternative to an all inclusive type resort. It was calm, quiet, we had family breakfast outside each morning with an ocean view. We have already reserved a spot for next year as I dont think we could ask for a better place to stay. Thank you to the staff here!"

"The LionsDive resort was absolutely beautiful!! The snorkeling here was the best of all the Caribbean islands I have been to. The lagoon off of the beach had almost a half a mile of rocks and reefs to snorkel and we spent hours in the water. The lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun (and order a few drinks). The hotel rooms were very clean and nice and the staff were quick to help with anything we needed. One thing to note, you will need outlet converters or adapters if you are traveling from the US. The front desk had extra adapters we used but the voltage did not work with my curling iron however my hair straightener worked fine. Phones and everything else charged perfectly fine as well. There is a long walk with good shops/boutiques and restaurants with all different foods. I highly recommend Pizza Mare, we went a couple times because it was so delicious and came out quick. Overall, from talking with other travelers I think we made the right choice staying at the LionsDive, seemed to be the best in the area and we would definitely go back!! "

"Third time staying here. Best part is the Sunclub beach and the ladies who work down there. Zoraida, Sylvia, and Verona are amazing! So kind and always have a smile and good story. Stayed on the first floor this time and was actually very cold but so convenient to the pool and beach. New towels in the Sunclub are super soft. Great improvements from two years ago. Glad to see familiar faces again. Can't wait to come back again. Wish they had a frequent visitor club!"
